Frequency Asked Questions (FAQs) About Our Digital Billboards
How Big Are Your Digital Billboards?
They are typically 8-10 meters high, measured from grade and contain either 1 or 2 digital display faces measuring up to 20 square meters.
Who Pays For The Hydro?:
We do! We always aim to setup our own hydro account with the local hydro provider; however, if that is not possible, we will connect to the existing electrical room on site and install a sub-meter used to measure usage and fully reimburse hydro costs.
How Frequently Do You Pay Landlords Rental?:
We can arrange to pay rental monthly or quarterly + HST, paid up-front in advance.
Who Pays For/Owns The Digital Billboard?
OAK Outdoor pays the entire cost of the digital billboards and will retain 100% ownership of the sign structure. This also means we are responsible for 100% of the repairs and maintenance.
Who Provides The Lease Agreement Paperwork?
We have standard lease templates, specifically for billboards, which we will provide for your review.
Is There Flashing or Animation?
No, most local sign by-laws prohibit flashing or animation and only allow for static images with 10-second dwell times.
